Marketing firm Harper + Scott is leaving the Flatiron District for the new 3 World Trade Center.

The creative agency inked a seven-year 17,456-square-foot lease for part of the 40th floor of 3 WTC, according to landlord Silverstein Properties.

“More companies than ever before are moving to Lower Manhattan for its creative potential and vibrant energy,” said Jeremy Moss, an executive vice president at Silverstein Properties, in prepared remarks. “The World Trade Center is now home to many of the world’s leading brands, as well as leading advertising and branding firms.”

3 WTC has attracted a diverse array of tenants since it opened last year, including advertising giant GroupM, spirits conglomerate Diageo, mattress e-tailer Casper and stock exchange IEX. Law firm Kelley Drye & Warren also recently signed a 103,000-square-foot lease in the building, as Commercial Observer previously reported.
